I know you’ve all been waiting on pins and needles for the first update on my progress using The Stack System. I’m about halfway through the Foundation program. I’ll cut to the chase. My baseline driver speed was 104mph. Now it’s 110mph. Not bad.
I can definitely feel what it’s like to intentionally swing a little harder, but it’s made my stock driver swing a few mph faster as well. Great! Trackman puts out great research on what your distance potential is given certain launch conditions. With my baseline 104mph, I would be able to carry the ball somewhere just below 250 yards up to 263 yards if I had a neutral to up angle of attack. I haven’t been on a Trackman in awhile, but I think that is probably where my path falls. But, at 110mph, the carry distance range goes up to 266 yards to 279 yards for the same angle of attack. Huge!
I’ll update again at the end of the Foundation program. I think my plan is to get my first swing lesson in well over a decade, then buy a new driver in the Spring and really see how much distance I’ve added.
